All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales made through EboxSupply.store are final. Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund only in the following circumstances:

• The digital product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
• The product file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement

To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from our store.
